14.1.1.050 Findings

The Council hereby finds and declares that:

(a) reorganizing the structure of governmental departments and programs will promote efficiency within the Tribe; and

(b) establishing a Department of Health and Services will assist the Tribe in assessing and implementing various health care programs.
