Any and all Tribal Council resolution or provisions in the Pueblo de San Ildefonso Law and Order Code which conflict in any way with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed to the extent they are inconsistent with or conflict with or are contrary to the spirit and/or purpose of this Act.
