20.1.2.030 Authority.

The Pueblo has enacted this Liquor Act in exercise of its inherent governmental authority over its lands and activities occurring thereon and in accordance with its governing Agreement, The Government, Section 5. Authority. This Liquor Act is in conformance with the laws of New Mexico, as required by Federal law and 18 U.S.C. § 1161.
