20.1.4.040 Criminal Penalty.

In addition to civil penalties, a person may be subject to criminal prosecution by the Pueblo for the purchasing, possessing, selling, delivering, bartering, or manufacturing liquor products in violation of any part of this Act, or of any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this Act.
