24.2.10.020 . Purpose

The purpose of this Act is authorize the Governor sign a Quit Claim Deed from the Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA) to properly document the transfer of electric transmission lines, poles and related equipment located in the DOE/NNSA Easement on Pueblo lands in the Guaje Canyon area.
