24.2.10.040 . Authorization and Waivers

(a) The Council hereby authorizes the Governor to sign a form of the Quit Claim Deed from DOE/NNSA and to make any revisions or amendments as may be necessary to support the execution of the Quit Claim Deed subject to the provisions of this Act.

(b) The Governor, or his designee, is authorized to take all actions as necessary to carry out the intent of this Act.
