25.1.3.060 Driving While License Suspended or Revoked

Any person who drives a motor vehicle on any pubic road of this Reservation at a time when his privilege to do so is suspended or revoked shall be guilty of violation and upon conviction shall be subject to a penalty assessment of not more than $500.00 or such other orders of the Court which may include a satisfactory completion of a Driver's Training Course.
