9.1.1.040 Cooperation, with other Agencies

The Children's Court may utilized such social services as may be furnished by any federal, state, Pueblo, public or private non-profit agency. The Children's Court may contract for services with any federal, state, Tribal, public or private non-profit agency for the care, placement or education of children subject to its jurisdiction, provided that any expenditure of Pueblo funds shall be approved by the Governor and Tribal Council.
