15.1.17.040 Authorization

The Council hereby authorizes the Governor of the Pueblo to negotiate and execute a Land Lease of forty (40) acres, more or less, of tribal trust lands to SIHA for housing purposes for the Deer Tail Phase 1 Subdivision and to submit the Lease to the Bureau of Indian Affairs for approval and recording.
